In-App Booking Invites

Users can now add golfers to their bookings on the app! If the booking golfer is adding a public player, they can enter their name and email address. If the booking golfer is a member and an invitee is also a member, they can be added from the member database search (assuming that permission has been toggled on). All invitees will receive email communications regarding the booking! This feature is also useful for directors as it keeps player stats up to date and limits the number of "guest" players that are often associated with bookings.
